Vistors & Early Dismissal

All visitors entering any East Greenwich school for a meeting or other purpose, please make sure you bring your active driver’s license or State ID. You will not be allowed in the school without following this security check-in procedure.  You will receive a photo ID sticker to wear for the duration of your visit - once your license is processed through our system.

As part of our new security procedures, we are respectfully requesting that you adhere to the following.

• Please ring the bell upon arrival.  One of our front office staff will answer your call by asking why you are here.

  • If you are dismissing your child, they will ask you for their name, so they can check his/her schedule and call them down.

  • If someone is exiting the building, we ask that you allow the door to close, ring the bell and let the front office know why you are here.

• Once you enter the building, please enter the office (door to the left),  and have your license ready to show the secretary.  

• Once you sign out, please go back out to the vestibule or outside to wait for your child.

  • We respectfully ask that you do NOT wait in the office for your child.
